摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the effect of filters and downsize a buffer reactor capacitance by connecting a buffer reactor in series with the output of a three-phase receiving transformer, and providing the output sides of the buffer reactor with a group of capacitors comprising a harmonic filter. SOLUTION: A buffer reactor 16 is connected in series with the low-voltage side of a receiving transformer 15, and filters 17, 18 are placed at the output of the buffer reactor. The filters 17, 18 contain a group of capacitors comprising a harmonic filter, and the line impedance is made relatively higher than the filter impedance. Since placing the filters 17, 18 on the low-voltage side, as mentioned above, adds the impedance of the receiving transformer 15 to the impedance on the distribution system side, filter functions are improved. In addition, since a filter capacitance is substituted for a power-factor improvement capacitor to obviate any phase-advancing capacitor device, it is possible to obviate series reactors for use therein.
