<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a searching method for surely detecting a search code without generating an error when data are recorded in units of sync blocks and searched with the search code recorded to each sync block. SOLUTION: A flat part of a reproduction waveform is set to be a length capable of arranging data of one or more sync blocks. The same IDs are overwritten by a count of sync blocks obtained from each track in one scan. Accordingly, in the event that the data are recorded in units of sync blocks and searched with the use of IDs of the sync blocks, a search code can be detected surely at the searching time.</p> |
