PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fastener which can prevent the surface of a material such as trims to be fastened from being damaged when it is drawn out of the material and which is not lost after being drawn out. SOLUTION: This fastener 1 comprises a head 2 and a shaft 3 extended from the lower surface of the head, the shaft being provided with elastic pieces 7... which increase resistance to unlocking by being locked to a material to be fastened. The head is provided with a tool hole 10, which is formed between a bottom surface part 8 located on the side of the shaft and a ceiling face part 9 separate from the bottom surface part 8, and which is open at each end to the outer periphery of the head.
