The weighting mass of concrete (1) to a major extent is surrounded by a shell-shaped component (3), made of porous ceramic material, and preferably terracotta. The shell-shaped component on its outer periphery has a number of channels, which are formed such that they act as venting channels when the concrete mass is being cast. In the stand pipe (7) locating in the casing (5) the upright of the parasol can be fitted and retained by means of a screw bolt (9). The ceramic shell-shaped component has an inwardly curled collar edge (11). The greatest peripheral edge (13) of the ceramic shell component runs inwardly and in it are regularly spaced through openings (15).
