The flux control valve discharges a fluid as much as a predetermined amount with a proportionally-controlled pressure reducing valve that operates automatically so that it can prevent a loss of energy sources caused by unnecessary pumping and eliminate discharging pressure pulsation. A main body(B) has an electronic valve(A) and a master cylinder(C) has a pump. A fluid cylinder(32) is associated with the front part of an inlet cylinder(13) by means of a screw coupler of a discharging nipple(31), and a control ring(34) with a passage(35) formed therein is inserted in the fluid cylinder(32). The proportionally-controlled pressure reducing valve(40) inserted into a bushing(12) has its front part(42) located in the fluid cylinder(32) and its top portion in contact with a contact side(34-1). The end groove of the back side(43) of the pressure reducing valve(40) is slightly inserted in an inlet path(11). The rear end of the pressure reducing valve(40) is exposed to a pressure cylinder(36) and provided with a discharging pressure determining spring(37). The pressure reducing valve(40) is fit in a support ring(38) of the discharging pressure determining spring(37) and locked by a lock(39) so that a flux control valve(30) has its discharging pressure determined by the elastic force of the discharging pressure determining spring(37).
