FIELD: railway transport; control and measuring laboratories. SUBSTANCE: mobile complex has track measurement car with unsprung frame and inspection tower, ground bed flaw detector made in form of georadar with transmitting and receiving antennas mounted on outer end face of car at different sides from vertical axis of its symmetry for turning in plane of car cross section through angle providing probing of bed to depth not less than 6 m and computer connected to georadar output, multiple parameter permanent way diagnostic and position control instruments including running speed and covered distance meters, rail elevation and gradient meters, rail track curve meter, and meter of rail line position in level, two units of pickups to check rail line position in plan and profile, track short irregularities pickup, rail butt joint gap pickups, rail head wear pickups, two summers, reference voltage unit, pyrometer and computer to output bus of which outputs of meters, pickup units, second adder and pyrometer are connected, and system of visual control of contact circuit condition.
