SUBSTANCE: execution of insertion of the hollow congruent surface of the lost tooth section that has holes in the base and working surface; the insertion includes an internal element (compensator) with a coefficient of linear-thermal expansion close to the value of the same coefficient for the tooth solid tissues (from 10×10to 11×10).. Due to it, after fixation of the microprosthesis on the tooth reduction of the difference of volume changes of the tooth tissues and prosthesis is ensured during functioning, probability of origination of secondary caries and falling-out of the insert is reduced. EFFECT: enhanced life of microprosthesis. |
