SUBSTANCE: guard has flexible apron provided with members possessing positive buoyancy; apron consists of several sections coupled together by means of rope. Innovation of invention consists in keeping the apron sections in container provided with devices for their lowering and hoisting as well shaft and drives for winding and unwinding these sections.
