FIELD: medical equipment, in particular, laser therapy devices, applicable in physiotherapy. SUBSTANCE: the laser scanning device uses a laser, power source, light conduit and timer, in addition it has: - an optical deflector with an optoelectronic sensor of mirror angle amplitude representing a two-coordinate unit for control of laser beam in space; - a beam diameter fine-control unit; - an adjusting assembly for matching of laser beam with the optical axis of the optomechanical unit; - a light conduit used for transmission of laser radiation to the optical deflector; - an electronic shutter; - a laser radiation power change-over unit; - a programmed control unit providing for on-line control of laser scanning device operation by means of a control panel and visualization of the selected operating duty on the videomonitor screen; - a table on four wheels for mobile displacement on the supporting surface and serving as the load- carrying structure of the laser scanning device.
