FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: balancing device has correcting disks that are mounted on the spindle and are in a contact with self-adjusting inserts of the hydrodynamic support. The device for braking the correcting disks is made up as a hydrodynamic support that consists of housing enclosing the correcting disks and filled with fluid and two or more self-adjusting inserts that are symmetrically arranged over periphery in the space between the housing and disks. The inserts are coupled with the correcting disks through setting screws secured to the housing. EFFECT: expanded functional capabilities.
