FIELD: wood working. SUBSTANCE: invention concerns working of wood waste into liquid fuel. Wood waste I and gas-steam mixture II at 150-200 C and pressure 0.5-1 atm are fed into generator 1 where wood is gasified until conversion of its organic components into gas product is completed. The latter is passed through coarse filter 2 and fine filter 3 into special-purification retort 4 wherein gas product is set free from sulfur compounds. Further, gas product containing carbon oxides and hydrogen is pumped in with compressor 5 into mixer 6 where it is mixed with nonreacted part of gas product. Mixture is fed into recuperative heat exchanger 7, heated there to 190-240 C, and directed into reactor 8 to contact with catalyst - granulated nonferrous metal (copper, zinc, cobalt, etc.) oxides resulting in converting gas product into synthetic fuel (methanol) vapors. Gas mix containing methanol vapors, steam, and gaseous nonreacted part of gas product is passed through heat exchanger 7 into cooler-condenser 9 and separator 10 to separate water IV. Remaining part is fed through condenser 11 into separator 12. In condenser 11, methanol vapors are condensed into liquid fuel V which, in separator 12, is freed from gaseous nonreacted part of gas product. Liquid fuel V enters receiving tank 13, and nonreacted part VI is returned by circulation compressor 14 into mixer 7. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of process. 1 cl, 1 dwg |
