摘要 The proposed active material is used in liquid lasers and amplifiers based on direct nuclear excitation of the laser active medium. The active material for which protection is sought here can, while preserving its spectral-luminance and generational properties, be used in quantum generators and amplifiers based on direct nuclear excitation of the laser active medium. This is achieved by the introduction into the active material, which is based on inorganic aprotic acids, Lewis acids and rare-earth and actinide ions, of fissile material in the form of perchlorates of actinide elements, specifically, uranyl perchlorate. The composition of the active material is as follows, in wt %: phosphorus oxotrichloride (POCl) 60-98, stannic tetrachloride (SnCl) 1-20, neodymium 0.2-20, uranyl perchlorate UO (ClO) 0.1-10.
