Culturing is carried out in bioreactor (volume is 3 l) in the presence of microcarriers taken at concentration 3 mg/ml growth medium. On the 3-d days growth medium is changed for supporting medium. On 4-7 days fresh portion of infected cells is sown additionally in bioreactor. Harvests were carried out every day after growth medium change for supporting one. Method ensures to increase the yield of virus-containing mass by 2-fold at high infectious titer. Mean duration of one culturing cycle is 12-14 days. EFFECT: improved method of preparing.
