METHOD FOR DEODORIZATION OF STEAM AND AIR FLOWS

FIELD: food industry; thermal processing of animal husbandry products. SUBSTANCE: for cleaning of discharged air-steam flows containing unpleasantly smelling matters at variable steam flow, aforesaid flows are directed through biologically active filtering material. Prior to feeding to biologically active filtering material, flows of steam and air are mixed together and directed through heat and moisture accumulating chamber which at its outlet produces flow of humid steam-saturated air with smoothly changing temperature within range of 25-40 C. EFFECT: high efficiency.
