FIELD: electrical engineering, distribution and reception of 10-kV three-phase current in 10/0.4-kV transformer substations. SUBSTANCE: stationary ground of high- voltage circuit breaker (Fig.1) uses: stop 1, lower slide block 2, lower grounding blade 3, lower crank 4, tie-rod 5, upper crank 6, upper slide block 7, upper grounding blade 8, holder 9, high-voltage circuit breaker 10, control handle 11, pedestal insulators 12, 13 installed on supporting metalworks. In the upper position of control handle 11 grounding blades 3,8 are grounded. In the lower position of control handle 11 the upper and lower grounding blades are in the normal state of the circuit breaker. With grounding blades 3 and 8 being in the ON position, stop 1 prevents the transformer door from closing (it latches the door). When control handle 11 is turned downwards, the transformer door gets unlatched and the grounding blades are ungrounded kinematically. EFFECT: enhanced safety of servicing of transformer substations. |
