FIELD: confectionery industry. SUBSTANCE: proposed composition of boiled sweets comprises granulated sugar, starch syrup, citric acid, aromatic essence and colorant. Composition additionally has vitamin additive as microbiological carotene (provitamin A) in oil. Ratio of ingredients in composition is the following, wt.-%: granulated sugar, 72.65-73.66; starch syrup, 24.83-25.72; citric acid, 0.56-0.61; aromatic essence, 0.09; microbiological carotene (provitamin A) in oil, 0.90-0.93.
