FIELD: agriculture; animal farm equipment. SUBSTANCE: during fodder distribution in premise, exhaust gases of tractor are collected inside distributor space so as to ensure uniform lifting of fodder to feed scraping conveyor. Distributor is mounted on two-wheel trailer and has rectangular bin. Installed in upper part of bin is horizontal scraping conveyor forming a loading opening with its rear wall and discharge opening - with its front wall. Installed in front of bin are two lateral distributing conveyors. All conveyors are driven by reversible hydraulic motors. For collection of exhaust gases and lifting fodder to scraping conveyor, lower part of bin is provided with hermetic chamber of variable volume. Chamber has movable cover, bottom with pipeline for supply of exhaust gases, safety and regulation valve, gas release valve, and bellows-type walls. Located in bin side walls are guide members which accommodate chamber cover pins connected with adjustable cylindrical spiral springs. Chamber walls are made up of multiplicity of flexible elastomer chambers or rigid strips linked together by pivoted hinges. Oppositely located internal ribs of component walls are respectively interconnected by ropes of determined length. EFFECT: high efficiency. 8 dwg |
