PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control the reception of a new call by finding the maximum number of users to be simultaneously connected in the frequency band for satisfying a required loss probability from the maximum quantity of calls to be impressed provided from the loss probability as to the quantity of impressed calls within the maximum range for impressed calls. SOLUTION: When performing communication between a mobile station 13 and a radio base station 11 through code division multiplex connection, first of all, the relation between the maximum number of users to be simultaneously connected and the quantity of impression in the frequency band for guaranteeing required communication quantity to be found based on a communication quality degradation rate is found. Next, the relation between the maximum number of users to be simultaneously connected and the quantity of calls to be impressed in this frequency band for satisfying the required loss probability found based on the loss probability is found. Then, the maximum number of users to be simultaneously connected in this frequency band for satisfying the required loss probability is previously decided for the quantity of impressed calls within the range of this maximum quantity of impressed calls and this maximum number of users to be simultaneously connected is compared with the number of already connected users, so that the reception of new call can be controlled. |
