PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decrease a leakage amount of air and reduce a cost in an intake air amount control device controlling a throttle valve bypass air flow amount in an engine intake pipe line and setting an idling speed to a required speed. SOLUTION: A valve unit 14 rotated by an electric motor 18 is internally mounted in a housing 6 by a cylindrical plane bearing 11 inexpensive of simple structure, an upstream passage part 21 of a bypass 20 is made to always communicate with a valve passage 15 in an end surface, a downstream passage part 22 is made to always communicate with a through hole 23 of the plane bearing 11 in an outside peripheral surface, and a valve passage 15 is overlapped with the through hole 23 or interrupted, so as to meter a bypass air amount. Further, the valve unit 14 is pressed to the end surface by a spring 25, and an end face clearance, which is a cause of air leakage, is eliminated. |
