PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the selectivity and keep the electrode performance for a long period by containing a coordination compound represented by a special formula as sensitive material. SOLUTION: A coordination compound represented by the formula (in the formula, R1 , R2 each represents a substituent consisting of alkyl group, aryl group, or a derivative thereof, or hydrogen, and Z represents an electron having an unshared electron pair) is contained in an anion selective sensitive film containing an organic metal compound as sensitive material. When the coordination compound which coordinates with a metal to form a complex is preliminarily added in this way, the coordination compound coordinates with the metal of the organic metal compound which is the sensitive material to form the complex. Such a metal enclosed by the ligand is chemically stabilized, and the affinity to ion is lowered. Thus, even when it makes contact with protein formed out of cysteine and the like, for example, the sensitivity is hardly reduced, and the stability of blood sample can be improved. |
