<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the structure of an information reader by electrically scanning a two-dimensional matrix-shaped sensor panel in place of performing mechanical scanning. SOLUTION: An original 1, on which image information is written, is put on a sensor panel 2 while turning the side, where the information is written, downside. Under the sensor panel 2, a light source 3 is adhered. The sensor panel 2 has plural photocells arranged in the shape of two-dimensional matrix. A first scanning part 4 horizontally scans these photocells and a second scanning part 5 vertically scans the photocells. The scan output of the sensor panel 2 is converted to a voltage by a current/voltage converting part 6 and amplified by an amplifier part 7. Then, it is outputted to an output part 9 after signal processing is performed to it at a signal processing part 8 so as to restore the image informaiton.</p> |
