<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily open/close a cover by providing a recessed part or a projecting part which is freely attachably/detachably engaged with the projecting part or the recessed part of the cover for a casing and providing a hook part engaged with the casing for the upper part of the cover. SOLUTION: A pair of projecting parts 31a and 31b are provided downward at the lower part of the cover 11C by leaving prescribed intervals along the passage direction of a ticket examination passage. The projection parts 31a and 31b are freely attachably/detachably engaged with the recessed parts 32a and 32b provided for the frame F of a lower casing H2. Thus, the cover 11C can be removed from the lower casing H2 when the cover 11C is lifted up. In a rotary shaft, a pair of engaging pieces 35a and 35b are fixed to the side of bearings 34a and 34b. The engaging pieces 35a and 35b form the hook part with engaging pieces 38a and 38b. The hook part protrudes toward the inner direction of the lower casing H2 and it can rotate to a downward range from a horizontal direction by a prescribed angle.</p> |
