<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrict a detecting area on the front side to a prescribed range, and prevent extreme reduction in the detecting area by an execution work condition by forming the detecting area of a pyroelectric sensor out of an oblique upper part and an oblique lower part from the horizontal. SOLUTION: A safe light 2 irradiates the foot side by lighting a lamp installed on a wall surface 1 by a detecting signal of a pyroelectric sensor 3 to detect a heat ray emitted by the human body. A detecting area 6 of the sensor 3 is formed of an obliquely upward turning upper detecting area 6b and an obliquely downward turning lower detecting area 6c by sandwiching the horizontal direction H in parallel to a floor surface 4 in a side view. Therefore, the area 6 is restricted by a point at which the lower end of the area 6b crosses the ceiling 10 and a point at which the upper end of the area 6c crosses the floor surface 4, and to detect even the unnecessarily distant human body is prevented. The restriction of the area 6 can be freely set by changing respective angles A of visibility and an inclination from the horizontal H.</p> |
