<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the operating efficiency of laser and the productivity of trimming, by trimming a plurality of circuit boards in the time division manner for a laser oscillator, and performing trimming of one circuit board in parallel with the measurement of characteristics of another circuit board. SOLUTION: Two circuit boards 4 are sent in a laser irradiation region 9 from a carriage rail 8, and the circuit characteristics of a region as the trimming object are measured. From the measurement results, necessary amount of trimming is operated for each of the trimming objects, and necessary trimming is performed. In the time division trimming of a plurality of the boards, trimming (a) and trimming (a') of circuit boards 4L, 4R in L, R two series are performed in parallel by shifting the timing of <measuring-operating- trimming> cycle. While one circuit board is measured, another circuit board is subjected to trimming. Thereby the operating efficiency is improved, and the productivity of trimming process is enhanced.</p> |
