For example, the luminous flux 22 cast at the left mirror 23b is reflected to be cast at the right mirror 23a and passes via the lens 24 of an image forming optical system, then is enters the image pickup surface of an image pickup camera 25. Since the image of the object reflected by the mirror on one side (left mirror 23b) is a mirror image, at such a time, the image is reversed right and left again by the progress of the reflection by the mirror on the other side (right mirror 23a), and the normal state image of the object is projected. In order to form the normal state image on the camera 25, the azimuth of the mirror 23 is deflected by a motor 26 and the inclination thereof is deflected by a motor 27.
