PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluorescent screen formation method and an exposure device which improve landing characteristics of an inline color picture tube. SOLUTION: In a fluorescent screen formation method for an inline color picture tube, a light source 15 is arranged in a position opposed to a side beam emission position so as to print a pattern corresponding to apertures of a shadow mask 6. Then,α-ΔP correction lens 17 is inclined to the central axis of a panel so as to approach the light source side of theγ/ΔP correction lens toward the panel than the opposite side and print a pattern corresponding to apertures of the shadow mask.
