PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an image forming body and a flange member from causing deformation and distortion while processing and assembling and while actuating and to always maintain high image quality by performing the fixing of the flange member with an ultraviolet setting resin having adhesive property and by ultraviolet ray irradiation from the outside of the image forming body. SOLUTION: In the photoreceptor drum 10, the flange member 10A of the front end part is directly supported on the wall surface of a processing cartridge 30 through a bearing B1, and the end part of the fixing shaft member 21 of the supporting member 20 of an exposure optical system 12 is supported through the bearing B3. The flange member 10B of a rear end part is supported through the bearing B2 held between the processing cartridge 30 and a disk member 30A attachable/detachable to/from the cartridge 30. The adhesive of the ultraviolet setting resin is applied on the fitted parts A and B of the photoreceptor drum 10 having transparent resin material as base stock and the flange member 10A or 10B, and the fitted part A and B are irradiated with ultaviolet rays from outside in a state where aligning adjustment is completed, so that permanent coupling and fixing are made in a state where the accurate aligning is attained. |
