PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive rubber roller eliminated with a failure caused by imparting conductivity due to the mixture of particle conduction agent, also having excellent resistance to oxidation, and then, capable of holding a stable resistance value, and also to provide an image forming device using this rubber roller. SOLUTION: The conductive rubber roller 10 is constituted of a conductive shaft 11, a 1st resistance adjusting layer 12 arranged on the circumferential surface of the conductive shaft 11, and a 2nd resistance adjusting layer 13 installed on the 1st resistance adjusting layer 12. The 1st resistance adjusting layer 12 is formed of rubber with conductive material mixed. The 2nd resistance adjusting layer 13 is formed on conductive rubber with conductivity imparted by iodine processing, and in the image forming device, the conductive rubber roller 10 is used. |
