PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the alignment precision of the file holder by simplifying operation for alignment positioning which is performed each time an optical fiber is set on optical fiber machining equipment and decreasing the frequency of the alignment positioning of the file holder. SOLUTION: This file holder is equipped with a base which is constituted detachably to and detachably from the holder mount part 21 of the optical fiber machining equipment and a separation holder 23 which is constituted detachably to and detachably from a separation holder mount part 24 formed on the base 22 and has an alignment support means 44 for the optical fiber 34; and an aligning means 35 which supports the optical fiber 34 so that the alignment axis of the alignment support means 44 of the separation holder 23 mounted on the separation holder mount part 24 is aligned is provided on the top surface 22a of the base 22. |
