A bottle for distributing a product in fluid form is described, which includes a rigid container (1) with an opening provided with a neck (7), a flexible bag (13) for containing the fluid product inside the container (1), and a fluid extraction pump provided in the bag (13). The diameter of the neck (14) of the flexible bag is greater than that of the neck (7) of the rigid container, and the neck (14) of the bag (13) has an external flange (16) of greater diameter than the bag (13). The flexible bag can be filled prior to or following the assembly of the container. The invention is useful for distributing fluid products, particularly in pharmaceutical applications.
