PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a user from having a loan taken out against the user's will by displaying a card loan confirmation screen to make the user recognize that the card loan is to be taken out before the card loan is taken out. SOLUTION: An input means 1 compares an inputted sum with the balance transmitted from a host computer. When the inputted sum exceeds the balance, a control means 1 gives an indication to a display/operation means 2 and displays the card loan recognition screen for recognizing to give the card loan. When a loan OK key displayed on the screen is depressed in the card loan recognition screen, the control means 1 gives the indication to a card read means 3 to discharge a card, gives the indication to a cash discharge means so as to discharge a designated sum. When the user does not desire to have the card loan taken out and presses a cancel key, the control means 1 cancels a procedure, gives the indication to the card read means 3 so as to discharge the card and terminates the processing. |
