PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the revolution speed control without generating a vibration and a noise by a method wherein a revolution speed control means makes a power phase control means perform phase control so as to avoid a vibration point in accordance with information stored in a vibration information memory means. SOLUTION: An air-conditioner 1 has a power controller 11 which receives a power from a power supply circuit S and adjusts the power by phase control to supply the power to the fan motor 21 of an FCU 2, a memory 12 in which a phase angle corresponding to a revolution speed at which a vibration is generated in the fan motor 21 is stored and a control unit 13 consisting of a microcomputer. The revolution speed of the fan motor 21 and, further, a coil valve actuator 22 are controlled by the phase output of the power controller 11. It is to be noted that the phase angle corresponding to the revolution at which the vibration is generated in the fan motor 21 is obtained by the test operation of the fan motor 21 beforehand and written in the memory 12. As a result, the revolution speed of the fan motor can be controlled while the noise caused the noise generation can be avoided.
