PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remote control camera being reducible in size and capable of surely obtaining a remote control function, even if remote control signal light is emitted at a good distance. SOLUTION: When the camera is not set in a remote control mode, light from an object 30 is received by a photodetector 12 provided in the camera through a variable wavelength filter 14 arranged in the camera, in at least one aperture part provided in the front surface of the camera. On the other hand, when the camera is set in the remote control mode, only the remote control signal light projected from a remote control transmitter 10 outside the camera is selected by the variable wavelength filter 14 and received by the photodetector 12. |
