PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a flexible photoelectric conversion device which prevents a resistance from being increased and a photoelectric conversion area from being reduced when unit photoelectric conversion elements are connected by a method wherein electrodes at end elements are connected by a flexible connecting body. SOLUTION: A connecting electrode layer 2 connected to a first electrode layer at the end part of a connecting electrode row 20 for series connection of adjacent photoelectric conversion elements formed so as to be divided by a laser patterning operation and a connecting electrode layer 2 connected to a second electrode layer are connected by using a flexible connecting material 6. The flexible connecting material 6 uses the same material as that for terminals 41, 43 which are derived from end-part electrodes 31, 32 at an outermost connecting electrode layer row 20. Thereby, a resistance is reduced surely as compared with a case in which electrode layers are connected. Since the resistance is reduced, a reactive area to a photoelectric conversion is not increased. In addition, it is not required to stop a separation working wire in a halfway part in order to connect the electrode layers, a request for a working accuracy is relaxed, and the working speed can be increased. |
