PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning device of a tube body being excellent in a cleaning efficiency, without making the device very large. SOLUTION: Acoustic wave generating devices 4a-4d are provided in hollow parts 3a-3c formed between tube body groups 2 and the adjacent ones 2. The hollow parts 3a-3c including the tube body groups 2 are put in a resonance mode by acoustic waves emitted from the acoustic wave generating devices 4a-4d and thereby dust and the like sticking on tube bodies are removed. |
