CONTROL LOGIC DESIGN METHOD FOR CONTROLLER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the design method which can improve both design quality and design efficiency. SOLUTION: The equipments of a system that can set plural channels between the inflow and outflow points of a fluid are expressed in the connectors and also in the couplers showing the connecting relations of equipments among those systems that construct a plant (S1). A connection matrix describing the equipment constitutions is prepared with the connectors and the couplers defined as the rows and the columns respectively (S2), and a channel matrix is prepared with the couplers included in the channel to be designed defined as the rows and the columns respectively among those channels of the systems (S3). Then the couplers which are not necessary for formation of the channels and also connected to the connectors that are necessary for formation of the channels are decided based on both connection and channel matrices (S4). Thus the control logic of a controller is designed based on the decided couplers (S5).
