<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to take out a branch wire at the branch of the branch wire and a trunk wherever the branch is positioned. SOLUTION: This protector consists of a protector body 11 and a branching member 12. The protector body 11 is in the form of a gutter, where a wiring harness trunk W/H-1 is passed. An opening 11e, long in the direction of wiring harness insertion, is formed in a side wall 11c of the protector body 11 in order to take out a branch wire W/H-2 branched from the wiring harness trunk. The branching member 12 is provided with a securing plate 12a on which the branch wire is to be placed and held; and vertical coupling plates 12b continuously installed on both the sides of one end of the securing plate. Anchoring portions that are to be selectively anchored are formed on the sides of the opening in the protector body and on the coupling plates of the branching member. The position of the securing plate of the branching member is adjusted according to the position of the branch wire from the wiring harness, and the securing plate is anchored by means of the anchoring portions.</p> |
