The hoop (1) is made in hard plastic material and has a variable diameter. Its perimeter is slightly V-shaped and flattened. A guide-rod (3), with a handle, is connected to a steering saddle (2) that fits round the hoop. The guide-rod can be separated in the middle by a screw, to obtain a shorter rod. The steering saddle has two grooves in which the hoop fits and a hole on top in which the rod engages. It is inclined to give an angle a about 115 deg between the hoop and the user.
