PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the circuit scale of a variable phase shifter adjusting the phase of a feedback side by dividing a correction phase into a large angle component and a remaining small angle component, correcting a phase of the large angle component through the signal replacement and inversion and correcting the remaining small angle component at a variable phase shifter, respectively. SOLUTION: A transmission section of a radio equipment is constituted of input terminals 1, 2 for a quadrature component signal and an in-phase component signal, adders 3, 4, amplifiers 5, 6, modulators 7, 8, π/2 phase shifters 9, 17, an adder 10, a filter 11, a power amplifier 12, a directional coupler 14, demodulators 15, 16, a carrier oscillator 19, a phase difference detector 18, a variable phase shifter 19, a phase difference detector 20, a quadrature modulator 21, a quadrature demodulator 22, a phase difference detection/correction device 23, and an n.π/2 phase shifter 24. Then the correction phase is divided into a large angle component n.π/2 and a remaining small angle component, and the phase of the n.π/2 component is corrected by signal replacement and inversion and the remaining smaller angle component than π/2 is corrected by a variable phase shifter 19. |
