PURPOSE:To prevent the decomposition of the reducing agent for NOx before spraying and thus to plan the improvement of the removal rate of NOx, by spraying the reducing agent for NOx into the combustion gas while maintaining it at a cooled state utilizing the boiler water in the double pipe arranged along the stream of combustion gas.
