PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration gyro having little false detections even if an atmospheric temperature is changed and capable of providing satisfactory response. SOLUTION: Second plate-like second vibrators 14a, 14b are connected to a base 16 with the first columnar vibrator 12 inbetween in the fork state, and the center of the base 16 is mounted at the one end of the vibrator 12. The first piezoelectric element 18a as drive means is formed at the side of the vibrator 12 which is not opposed to the vibrators 14a, 14b. The second piezoelectric elements 26b as detecting means are formed at the main outer surfaces of the vibrators 14a, 14b. A drive signal is applied to the element 18a to flex to vibrate the vibrator 12, and the signal corresponding to the flexing amount by the Corioris forces of the vibrators 14a, 14b is obtained from the element 26b. |
