摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly remove the heat generated in a snubber energy recovery circuit while minimizing the wiring inductance of a semiconductor switch and a snubber energy recovery circuit, by affixing a diode excellent in heat conductivity to the cooler for radiating the heat generated in the semiconductor switch. SOLUTION: Out of the diodes constituting a snubber energy recovery unit, snubber diodes 8 and 9 and clamp diodes 24 and 25 are attached, as specified diodes, to a diode heat sink 43, and this diode heat sink 43 is bonded to a cooler 38. Furthermore, regenerative diodes 16 and 17 and regenerative diodes 22 and 23 are attached, as specified diodes, to a diode heat sink 44, and this diode 44 is bonded to the cooler 38. And, since the snubber energy recovery unit is mounted at large on a switch unit 30, the effect that the specified diodes can be efficiently cooled while omitting the time to connect units A and B with each other can be obtained.</p>
