PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide conductive ceramics to satisfy a uniform temperature distribution and a short rising time required for a self-heated heat roller, especially for a low-temperature fixing heat roller, used to fix toner in an electrostatic recorder such as a copying machine. SOLUTION: Conductive ceramics which is formed by adding 10-40% capacity of Si particles with a purity of 90% or more in the whole to insulating ceramics is used for a heat roller 5. Pores which may internally exist in an optical microscope organization are isometric independent holes with average diameters of 20μm or less. |
