PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove cords from household electric commodities so as to obtain safe convenient electric commodities by developing a small-sized power generator which can be operated with one button without using any fuel and from which a practical rotational force can be obtained and incorporating the generator in the commodities. SOLUTION: A disk A rotates around a shaft O by the forces F of sections P. When the number of the sections P increases, the rotational force of the disk A increases. When the number of the disk A which rotates around the shaft O increases, the rotational force of the shaft O increases. When the rotational force is utilized as motive power, cordless household electric appliances can be manufactured by incorporating the disks A in the appliances so that the rotational force can be utilized directly or to rotate a generator and a battery can be charged or a rotational force can be obtained to rotate a motor. When one disk A having (n) pieces of sections P is mounted on the shaft O and an F force generated at a section P is used, rotational torque of the shaft O at a position I becomes F×1×n.
