PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure a stable transmission frequency without being affected by a change in ambient temperature and humidity by providing a mixer that mixes an output of a 1st oscillator and an output of a 2nd oscillator and provides a mixed output to the transmitter. SOLUTION: A 1st oscillator 11 is used for an FM modulation oscillator and a mixer 13 to up-convert an output of the 1st oscillator 11 and a 2nd oscillator 12 to supply a signal for up-conversion with a stable frequency to the mixer 13 are provided. The mixer 13 mixes an output of the 1st oscillator 11 and an output of the 2nd oscillator 12, resulting that a signal with a transmission frequency up-converted more than the oscillated frequency of the 1st oscillator 11 is outputted to an amplifier circuit 34. The amplifier circuit 34 applies filtering to the output from the mixer 13 and provides an output of the amplified transmission signal from an output terminal Op. Thus, the very stable oscillator is realized and FM modulation is also available. |
