PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a waterless planographic printing plate having high sensitiv ity for active rays in a wide region from UV rays to visible rays by incorporat ing a specified compd. and an oximether compd. into a photopolymerizable photosensitive layer. SOLUTION: A primer layer, a photopolymerizable photosensitive layer and a silicone rubber layer are deposited in this order on a supporting body. The photopolymerizable photosensitive layer contains a compd. having a photopolymerizable ethylene-type unsatd. group and an oximether compd. In this case, the compd. having a photopolymerizable ethylene-type unsatd. group which can be used is a monomer, oligomer or macromer having at least one photopolymerizable ethylene-type unsatd. group. Further, the oximether compd. used is a compd. expressed by formula (R<1> ) (R<2> )C=N-OR<3> , wherein R<1> =R<3> are same or different univalent org. residues. |
