The multi-layer support for cooking or reheating food has a heat radiating side (1) and an insulated side (2). It comprises a first central layer (3) with a metal insert (30) localised in the radiating zones (10). A second thermal conduction layer (4), in fluoridized resin chemically inert and stable at high temperature, covers the first radiating layer. An external layer (5), in pure thermally stable fluoridized resin, constitutes the external radiating layer and covers the second conduction layer. A reinforced thermally stable insulation layer (6), covers the first central layer on the insulating side. The metallic insert is edged, outside the limits of the radiating zone, by a glass fabric insulating layer (31), chemically inert and stable at high temperature.
