PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make only one device suffices for recording/reproducing various optical information recording media. SOLUTION: A first lens part 8a and a second lens part 8b are provided in parallel to form an objective lens 8 so as to form independent focal points on a disk. The switching of two lens parts 8a, 8b is performed by energizing control of a tracking coil. In such a constitution, by selectively using the first lens part 8a and the second lens part 8b, various optical information recording media with different optical characteristics such as a numerical aperture(NA), are recording/reproduced. |
