SOLUTION: When a present time timed by a clock IC 63 coincides with a set time for power supply off memorized in RAM 62, the state of an operation flag and a main motor are examined. And, if an operation panel is being operated or a copying machine is working, these ends are waited for and the state of the copy interruption flag is judged. When the copy machine is in an interrupting state, it is examined whether or not a sheet of paper or a copy of an original is left on the original platen or in the middle tray, and if a sheet or an original is left thereon, a picking up roller or the original transporting belt, etc., provided in the neighborhood of the middle tray are driven, and these are forced to be exhausted before the power supply of the copy machine is turned off. |
