PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a customer management system which enables a customer management device to specify a customer with a 'credit card' or 'cash card' utilizing of the ID function of a financial on-line device. SOLUTION: When a 'credit card' of a financial on-line device of a company B is used on a terminal 10A of a customer management device of a company A, the CPU 15A of the terminal 10A connects the terminal 10A to the host computer 20B of the financial on-line device of the company B and sends the ID information, etc., stored on the 'credit card' to the host computer 20B. The host computer 20B after specifying the customer with the ID information, etc., sends return information specifying the customer to the terminal 10A. The CPU 15A of the terminal 10A sends the return information to the host computer 20A of the customer management device of the company A and the host computer 20A specifies the customer. |
